Noxudol 1100 is a wear protection paste intended for car bodies, tin roofs and walls, iron constructions etc. Noxudol 1100 has a very good adhesion and rust proofing qualities. The dry film protects against damages caused by flying stones, ice and other mechanical wear.
Noxudol 1100 may only be applied on carefully cleaned surfaces. Untreated surfaces of steel in moist environment must be primed before treatment. To apply Noxudol 1100 use an airmix gun for 1 litre canister, high-pressure pump (airless) 1:26> or a brush. To achieve an effective wear protection, apply a smooth layer of 0,2 - 0,5 mm dry film, the thickness depending on the basis. The film thickness will also influence the drying time, normally 3-5 hours at room temperature.
The product sets in two steps. First the water evaporates, and then a chemical hardening takes place during the next 5-10 days, depending on the temperature. After the first step, the evaporation, the film is dry, manageable and has already a protecting effect of approximately 80%. This effect increases during the chemical hardening. After the chemical hardening, Noxudol 1100 can be top coated with most paints. A practical test has to be done first on a smaller area to make sure that the material with- stands the paint. Avoid using stronger solvents or strong water based alkaline cleaning products.

Noxudol 700 is a thin, penetrating rust protective compound intended for treatment of the hollow spaces of motor vehicles according to the ML method. In addition it may also be used as transport and storage protection for machines, machine parts, beams, motor parts etc.
We recommend to apply Noxudol 700 with high- or low pressure spraying according to the ML method for hollow spaces. Other details may be sprayed, brushed or dipped.

The product is approved according to SS 18 65 11 and a considerable amount of the composition of Mercasol 1 consists of renewable raw materials. Mercasol 1 is meant to be used by private customers and smaller workshops for corrosion protection of cavities, flanges and joints on vehicles. Mercasol 1 can also be used as a primer on open surfaces in combination with Mercasol 3 and 3AL underbody corrosion protection agents.
Surfaces to be treated shall be dry and free of rust, dirt, salt and oil. The 1 liter bottle of Mercasol 1 is primarily meant to be applied by a pressure air gun together with accessories as cavity hose. Mercasol 1 spray is applied with appended nozzles or cavity hose accessory. Application shall be done indoors at temperatures between +15 and +25°C. Drying times are depending on temperature and humidity, at +23°C and 50%RH, the drying time is approx. 8 h. By these conditions, Mercasol 1 shall be allowed a flash-off of 1 h before being sprayed over with Mercasol 3 or Mercasol 3AL.
Equipment is cleaned with aliphatic naphtha. Staining and overspray are favorable being removed by Mercasol Cleaner or aliphatic naphtha.

Mercasol 2 is a transparent corrosion protection, meant to be used by private customers and smaller workshops. Mercasol 2 primarily use is on visible surfaces where a dry and tack free discrete protection layer is wanted, e.g. on vehicle doors and hoods or on tools and equipment. Mercasol 2 can also be used as a penetrating corrosion protection agent in flanges and joints.
Surfaces to be treated shall be dry and free of rust, dirt, salt and oil. Application shall be done indoors at temperatures between +15 and +25°C.
The 1 liter bottle of Mercasol 2 is primarily meant to be applied by a pressure air gun together with accessories as cavity hose. Mercasol 2 spray is applied with appended nozzle and pipe. Apply approx. 50μm wet layer, which gives approx. 10μm dry layer.
When applying with spray can, two layers can be necessary in order to reach recommended dry film thickness due to lower dry content.
