Red Pine Tar is traditionally used for surface treatment of wooden buildings and other outdoor wooden constructions. Simply where you wish to combine an effective protection with a modern and classic color!
TREATMENT
New and untreated wood or wood former treated with Pine Tar: Remove dust and dirt from the wood with a brush. Apply the Pine Tar, heated to approx. 50°C or diluted with approx. 20% Gum turpentine for best result. This will improve the penetrations and reduce the drying time. IMPREX
The main area for usage is for wood and oakum and rope preservation. It can also be used with transparent colour pastes for making wood stains. For wood preservation Imprex shall be mixed with linseed oil before use. Petroleum solvent or gum turpentine can be used as diluents.
TREATMENT
For wood preservation, Imprex should not be used unmixed, a recommendable mixture is one third each of Imprex, boiled linseed oil, and turpentine. This compound gives a particularly light shade of tar to the wood. Make sure that the wood is absolutely dry before you tar it. Imprex can also be used with transparent colour pastes for making wood stain.
As any other Pine Tar Imprex will fade by the sunlight, it should be applied with a brush in thin layers.

TAR OIL
Light Pine Tar penetrates deep into the wood and prevents it from drying and cracking. When the wood is dehydrated and contains cracks, the water is free to penetrate the wood and eventually the wood will start to rot. When you prevent dehydration you prevent the wood from rotting at the same time. Wood treated with Auson Light Pine Tar is rewarded with a long lasting protection, a beautiful silver gray color and a classic wood texture.
Light Pine Tar can be used for pressure treated wood, wood deck, fence, garden furniture, facades, pallet collars and other untreated wood. Can also be used for hardwood such as larch, cedar etc.
TREATMENT
The surface must be dry and properly cleaned. Do not coat during early spring; allow the sun to dry out the wood instead. Apply the Pine Tar with a brush or a roller. Work on small areas at a time and you can easily wipe off any surplus, especially under roofs and underside of furniture. Use a rag soaked in turpentine or spirit to wipe off. Wear rubber gloves and make sure to cover over any nearby plants. The wood will typically smell of Pine Tar for the first twenty-four hours. The odour is faint and will disappear over time, but the Pine Tar will remain, doing its work.
Treatment with Light Pine Tar every two or three years is enough!

WILD BOAR TAR
Attract wild boar to your location all year round by brushing a rich layer of Boar tar on the tree trunk or wooden pole. The wild boar can feel the scent from several kilometers away and will be lured to the site to rub against the impregnated tree. The Boar Tar simulates the tree to be rich in resin that wild boars use to remove parasites from their fur.
In recent centuries, the range of wild boar has changed dramatically, largely due to hunting by humans and more recently because of captive wild boar escaping into the wild. For many years the population dwindled. A revival of boar populations began in the middle of the 20th century and by 1950 wild boar had once again reached their original boundary world wide.
TREATMENT
Auson Wild Boar Tar is easy to apply, the material can also be used on frozen and wet tree trunks. Brush the tar from ground level up to approx. 1 metre on the trunk/post. The tar scent is then carried by the wind and the wild boar can easily seek out the treated timber. For best results, maintain regularly by applying a thin layer of Auson Wild Boar Tar.
